Everything is very simple. Below we summarize the whole procedure in several steps:

1. Choose the product you like in our offer, add it to the basket by clicking on the "add to basket" box or click on the basket icon.

2. Next, choose one of the offered TYPES OF TRANSPORT AND PAYMENT (for orders over 1800 CZK you have free transport in the Czech Republic):

 

 

Zásilkovna - transport to deposite places in Czech Republice 

- price 79 CZK including VAT when paying in advance - by transfer to our account number 1712840002/5500, online payment by card through the payment gateway or by payment button through the payment gateway,

- price 109 CZK including VAT when paying by cash on delivery - at the delivery point of the Mailbox when picking up the goods.

Zásilkovna - delivery of the package directly to the addressee to the specified address in Czech Republice:

- price 109 CZK including VAT for shipments weighing up to 5 kg when paying in advance - by transfer to our account number 1712840002/5500, online payment by card through the payment gateway or by payment button through the payment gateway,

- price 128 CZK including VAT for shipments weighing up to 5 kg when paying by cash on delivery - courier upon receipt of goods,

- price 129 CZK including VAT for shipments weighing from 5 kg to 10 kg when paying in advance - by transfer to our account number 1712840002/5500, online payment by card through the payment gateway or payment button through the payment gateway,

- price 158 CZK including VAT for shipments weighing from 5 kg to 10 kg when paying by cash on delivery - courier upon receipt of goods.

 

 

Czech Post package  to address in Czech Republice - delivery of the package directly to the recipient to the specified address:

- price 145 CZK including VAT when paying by cash on delivery - in cash to the postal delivery upon receipt of the goods.

Post package - delivery of a package to the post office according to your choice:

- price 99 CZK including VAT when paying in advance - by transfer to our account 1712840002/5500, online payment by card through the payment gateway or by payment button through the payment gateway,

- price 135 CZK including VAT when paying by cash on delivery - at the Czech Post branch upon receipt of the goods.

 

 

Package to Balíkovna in Czech Republice - collection of the package in the Balíkovna network with faster check-in and the possibility of payment by card:

- Price 59 CZK incl. VAT when paying in advance - by transfer to our account 1712840002/5500 online payment by card through the payment gateway or by payment button through the payment gateway,

- Price 95 CZK incl. VAT when paying by cash on delivery - in the Czech Post's Package Room upon receipt of the goods.

 

Transport ČESKÁ POŠTA - Package to Balíkovna - collection of the package in the Balíkovny network with faster check-in and the possibility of card payment:

- Price 59 CZK incl. VAT when paying in advance - by transfer to our account 1712840002/5500, online payment by card through the payment gateway or by payment button through the payment gateway,

- Price 95 CZK incl. VAT when paying by cash on delivery - in the Czech Post's Package Room upon receipt of the goods.

 

 

 

PERSONAL COLLECTION - collection at our company's address at Nademlejnská 600/1, 198 00 Prague 9 Hloubětín every working day from 9 am to 5 pm - free of charge, possible payment in advance to our account number 1712840002/5500 or in cash upon collection of goods . We reserve orders for personal collection for you for a period of 5 working days.

 

3. Click on the "Continue" box.

4. In the next offer, fill in your contact details, check that all the details are correct and confirm the order by clicking on the "send order" box.

5. You will then receive an automatically generated email with a summary of your order at the email address you provided in your order.

6. Once the order has been processed, you will receive another email depending on the delivery and payment methods you have chosen.

Goods that we have in stock, ordered on working days before 2 pm on cash on delivery or paid through the payment gateway, we usually send the next working day.

We send orders in the form of payment by non-cash transfer after the payment has been credited to our account.

Orders for which we do not have one or more items in stock, we ship only after delivery of all products from our suppliers, ie all ordered goods together, unless the customer requests the sending of the order in parts.
